M. Brent Morgan Attorney at Law
Brent has been practicing in Idaho for nearly 40 years. He received his JD from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, and MBA from Golden Gate University, and a BS in Finance from the University of Idaho. He is also certified in Idaho as a mediator as well as a child custody mediator. He was honored to serve in the United States Air Force and Utah Air National Guard for more than three decades reaching the rank of Colonel and retired as the director of operations for the Utah Air National Guard. He is actively involved in the Family Law Section for the 6th District Court in Idaho. Brent knows what it means to represent Idaho families both in the office and in the courtroom.
Ashley Hunt, Paralegal
Ashley has been working with Mr. Morgan for almost 20 years. She holds a BS in Economics with a minor in Marketing from Idaho State University and has taken courses in family law mediation.
Jeff Morgan, Marketing and Content Design
Jeff has been working with Mr. Morgan for the last seven years handling the marketing and online presence for the office. Jeff has his JD from Concordia University, and his MBA and BS from Idaho State University. He is also currently working on his PhD at Boise State University.
